Into the garden to collect the first ripe crop of delectable sungold tomatoes. Time to prepare
4 ears of corn steamed and shaved off the cob
2 cups sungold (or cherry) tomatoes cut in half
1/2 bunch of cilantro leaves chopped
Juice of 1 lime
1/4 cup olive oil
1TB maple syrup
Combine and pour over corn salad
cut to sat: an afternoon in the kitchen preparing vegan dinner for 5 guests.

dilled cucumber soup wi/coconut milk
roasted oyster mushrooms
jerk marinated tempeh
green salad w/ brown rice and walnuts
cut to sat. evening: arrival of Kate and Anita who are taking a weeklong course at The Women's Studio Workshop
Sunday: bustle of guests leaving after 3 happy days.
